No shortage of activities here, there are over 473 acres of outdoor recreation space. Choose one of the many parks or golf courses to soak up the incredible Sonoma County Weather, visit the Foxtail Golf Club and tee off at one of the two eighteen hole championship courses. Roberts lake is a gorgeous 5 acre reservoir, home to an annual fishing derby for children 15 and under and a large population of ducks. Sonoma State University is one of the top public institutions for higher learning and is right here in our very own backyard. Rohnert Park has very thoughtfully connected the city with a network of pathways and parks to keep everyone in the community connected and thriving.

If you are looking for some family fun, get rolling to Cal Skate or Scandia Family Fun center which offers miniature golf, bumper cars and batting cages along with a variety of arcade games. Double Decker Lanes is a family owned bowling alley located just next door to the Foxtail golf club. There are many small shops and boutiques in Rohnert Park, a local favorite is Homespun Market. Homespun Market is locally owned and carries a large variety of handmade, sustainable gifts.
